What should I do if my massage chair have problems?
If you encounter any issues while using your massage chair, please contact our customer service team at +1 800 550 0819. We will arrange for a professional technician to provide technical guidance and repair services.
What are my delivery options?
All our massage chairs come with free curbside delivery. We offer Inside Entryway Delivery for an additional fee, including two handymen. We also provide Room of Choice Delivery, which includes delivery up to two flights of stairs with Inside Entryway Delivery, for an extra charge.
Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?
Yes. After your order is dispatched, we will update you via email with your shipment details. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule the delivery. If you have any questions about delivery, you can call our customer service at +1 800 550 0819.
Will my chair need assembly?
Some of our products come pre-assembled, requiring only a few minutes to install the footrest. Larger massage chairs are delivered in two or three boxes on a pallet and will require assembly. We provide installation instructions. If you have any questions during assembly, feel free to contact our customer service at +1 800 550 0819.
How do I cancel my order?

What payment options do I have?
You can pay with your debit or credit card or use one of our financing options. Please review our financing options at checkout and choose the one that works best for you.

3-Year Limited Residential Warranty
We also provide lifetime technical support for clients in the United States and Canada.

First Year Warranty
Massage Chair Max will arrange all necessary replacement parts and ship them directly to you. If in-home repair is required, we will schedule an authorized service provider to assist at no cost to you.
Second to Third Year Warranty
During second to third year parts warranty, if repairs are needed, Massage Chair Max will provide replacement parts and repair guidance free of charge. For any labor assistance, we will recommend a service provider, but labor fees will be at the customer’s expense.

5-Year Limited Residential Warranty
We also provide lifetime technical support for clients in the United States and Canada.
