White glove crew was quick, polite and very professional.
White glove service showed up the same day the chair was delivered. However, I was expecting people from Massage Chair Max to come out and install the chair and explaining how to use it. Instead, I received 1 person from Angie's List that needed help from me and my neighbor to bring it up. When I asked him how many he's done, he replied this is his first. Over 2 hours of him watching a YouTube video on how to put it together. Didn't have a clue how to use the chair. He did take away all the cardboard and plastic that the chair came in. When I purchased the white glove service, I explained I live in a townhouse condo, but was assured that was not a problem. I honestly think Massage Chair Max should send people that are knowledgeable with their products, so they can explain how the chair works for their customers. Also, knowing it needs to be brought upstairs, they need to send enough people to handle the job.
