White glove service (no steps) refers to in-home service, assembling, and testing the chair.

White glove service (room choice) refers to in-home service, moving the chair to where you want, assembling, and testing the chair.

Please be advised we cannot guarantee same day service when you purchase the WGS installation. Our technicians have three days (72 Hours) to schedule/perform their WGS duties. We also do not work on the weekends so it would only pertain to business days Monday – Friday. Late assemblies can be arranged anytime after 5:00 pm as long as the customer agrees.
