Confirmation Email
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the email address you provided along with your order. Please review your order information and contact us as soon as possible if any changes are needed to be made. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call at 800-550-0819 and the email will be resent.
Shipping
We will process to ship the order in 2 business days. (Except for backorders.)
Curbside Delivery 3-7 days: You will have the tracking number directly to your address. The carrier will call you to make an appointment for curbside delivery.
Inside Entryway Delivery 7-14 days: We will ship your order to our local agent, they will call you to make an appointment and inside Entryway delivery with 2 handymen.
Room Of Choice 7-14 days:Including two flights of stairs with Inside entryway delivery.
NOTICE:
- Inside Entryway Delivery: We offer inside entryway delivery and room of choice as an option for all clients. However, in some suburban areas situated in remote regions where we lack assistance, we may be unable to accommodate this special request. Should this situation arise, we will promptly communicate with you to explore alternative delivery options.
- White Glove Service -Please note that same-day service cannot be guaranteed with the purchase of WGS installation. Our technicians have a window of three days (72 hours) to schedule and complete their WGS duties. Additionally, please be aware that our services are available only on weekdays, Monday through Friday, as we do not operate on weekends.
- For added convenience, late assemblies can be arranged after 5:00 pm, provided the customer consents.

Free Shipping
In most areas, the shipping is free. For certain areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, freight is not free, an additional cost may apply, please contact the company to obtain the exact shipping cost at that time . At present, our shipping service are exclusively limited to the United States, we don’t offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your Massage Chair has been picked up by our freight carriers and is on the way, we will email you a copy of the invoice along with the tracking information. You receive your tracking number within a few business days, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time and estimate your scheduled delivery day.
