    Instructions are terrible and not intuitive,

    Difficult to get into and out of. too short for me and I'm 5'10". Managed to increase intensity accidentally and no instructions how to adjust it, nearly injured my wife. Its a battle to figure out the controls, NOT intuitive, Needs better written instructions explaining what we are being presented with. The individual functions are good but confusing how to mix and match and even IF you can mix and max, were on our second day trying to figure it out. Too much guesswork involved. Need to get a novice to test it for feedback. Delivery was well timed and on time but they dont come equipped to cross a lawn or go up steps. The deliverer was helpful and we got it done but he warned me a couple times it wasn't something he was authorized to do. I'm sure it will be more compatible after a learning curve but my wife would return it right now if doing so were was more convenient. Its heavy which is good but doesn't make it easy to maneuver. Actually tweaked my bad back installing and would love to get a good heated massage but slightly intimidated by the prospect of struggling in and out of it.
